Job Overview
The Lead Food Service team member will lead the Food Service staff in productions and / or cafe areas. Maintains the highest food quality, customer service excellence, cost control in conjunction with regulatory standard compliances. Oversees Food Services operations in the absence of direct managers. Assists in the day-to-day operations of all areas of the department, supporting cross-functional work teams.
