What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Assistant position at Children's House International?
We are seeking for our International Adoption Agency in Lynden, WA a friendly team player with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail. Microsoft Office intermediate skills a must, second language a plus, prefer Bachelor's degree and/or previous 2 years office assistant experience. Adult/Child CPR and First Aid Certification preferred but not required.
Main duties would include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, basic shipping and receiving, errands, data entry, large amount of document management, utilizing intermediate skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint application.
Quick learner required, computer aptitude a plus. Must pass background checks and skills assessments. Send resume and summary of qualifications including typing speed.
36 hours per week to start, schedule is 9am - 5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-1pm in our Lynden Office. Very important to arrive on time each day at 9am.
