Office Coordinator(Mount Vernon)

HVAC contractor is looking for an office coordinator who will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs to join our team. Customer service oriented office person to be the first point of contact to clients and the general public. The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer service minded. Have proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks. Person must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with staff, clients, and vendors Key activities including: Greet visitors, answer questions and assist the needs of the customers Assist customers with payments and questions on their accounts Create and mail A/R statements Dispatch work order to employees
- Process incoming and outgoing mail Prepare bank deposits Answer multi line phones Schedule appointments for sales and installation crews Maintain office and client files Inventory management Order and maintain inventory of office supplies Perform other secretarial and clerical work, as needed Work week: Monday-Friday Requires High School Diploma or equivalent Pay rate is from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience Please email cover letter, resume, and references.
