New School Director

We are looking for an Energetic, organized, and driven New School Director who is committed to professional leadership growth.
Children’s Lighthouse of Rosenberg has an exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized and collaborative person to join us as our New School Director. You will work closely with the Franchise Owner to guide a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children, families and the communities we serve.
The New School Director responsibilities include:
· Maintain accurate record-keeping including faculty files, student files, and classroom records.
· Manage budget, payroll, and petty cash.
· Lead teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
· Partner with parents and customers with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for the children in our school.
· Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
· Build and maintain enrollment. Uphold the expectations to educate, and engage, the core values of Children’s Lighthouse Early Learning School.
· Collaborate with leadership to maintain optimal day to day operations of the school.
· Enroll the school to capacity while maximizing the profitability of the school.
· Meet company inquiry/tour enrollment conversion ratio.
· Responds and follows up on all enrollment inquiries. Utilize and maintain customer database for enrollment building.
· Oversee school program and program delivery according to brand standards. Ensure clear and consistent parent communication.
· Responsible for overseeing all School Operations including: human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations.
· Manages all employee, child and licensing paperwork in compliance with state licensing requirements.
· Facilitate the growth and awareness of the school through community and social marketing.
· Inspire and hold staff accountable for ensuring compliance with Children’s Lighthouse Quality Assurance Standards.
· Manage school ProCare Accounting System.

Qualifications:
· Must have 3-5 years of School Director experience in running a medium to large, licensed center.
· Must be proficient in computers, Microsoft Office Products, and familiar with different Social Media platforms.
· Preferred candidate with experience in sales, marketing, communication, budget management and management experience.
· Must have Texas Director Credential.
· Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education or similar field.
· Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management.
· Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
· A proven track record on hiring, developing and retaining staff.
· Positive attitude, passion, and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
