The Information Systems Analyst III, HR & Payroll Systems serves as a liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and collaboration skills in engaging stakeholders and end-users. Will have in depth knowledge of configuration and integrations with HR, Payroll, Workforce Scheduling and Timekeeping systems.
Experience with Infor Payroll and HR Talent, and UKG Pro WFM is a plus.
This role:
• Designs, implements, upgrades and maintains software systems with a high degree of
complexity.
• Provides leadership, planning and execution with custom programming, change
management and system optimization and facilitates process improvements
• Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
• Establishes full ownership of assigned applications and special projects under the
supervision of Applications Manager.
Day shift, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, plus some on-call and extended hours as needed.
Candidates can be 100% remote for this role, but must be able to travel to Kansas City for meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience. Experience in the technical support of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Scheduling and Timekeeping applications and stakeholder areas. OR
- High School diploma, or equivalent, and 9 years' experience accepted in lieu of a degree, with the above experience.
- Preferred experience supporting applications, in an ERP system, in HR/Benefits and/or Payroll.
- Prefer Healthcare/Hospital experience.

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $37.71/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is entirely remote or work from home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area or request advanced approval to work outside of the area and may attend onsite meetings, as scheduled.
