Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program or Dental Hygienist Preceptorship

Experience

Education and experience as follows:

1. BS in Dental Hygiene with at least four years of experience, preferred in pediatrics and in an outpatient setting

OR

2. AD in Dental Hygiene with at least five years of experience, preferred in pediatrics and in an outpatient setting

OR
-
3. Dental Hygienist Preceptorship Program with at least five years of experience, preferred in pediatrics and in an outpatient setting

Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries

Current AL Registered Dental Hygienist license
