As a Staff Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, in order to carry out the specific responsibilities outline below, the Vision of the Hospital: A BETTER CHILDHOOD FOR ALL CHILDREN, must be present. Education

Graduation from an approved program of nurse anesthesia accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor required.

Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. . Certified/Recertified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Current BLS certification required.
