Responsible for overall monitoring and analysis of the organization’s revenue, including identifying and addressing potential revenue leakage, monitoring charge capture, coding accuracy, payer contract compliance and denials.
Responsible for the availability and interpretation of reporting and analytics necessary for the clinical and financial departments to drive financial improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience

Eight years accounting or financial experience required

Five years healthcare experience required

Revenue Integrity and Decision Support experience preferred

Three years management experience required

Proficient knowledge and experience with MS Office, namely MS Excel & SQL required
