The Role

The Residential Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a supportive and structured environment for families living in congregate shelter settings. This role is a full-time position at the Roxbury site. The responsibilities for this role involve managing support services and overseeing residential counselors. As a Residential Supervisor, you are required to provide crisis intervention, facilitate house and staff meetings, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with documentation and state requirements. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves being on-call for emergencies.

What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for someone who's not just qualified but driven. Someone who's excited about making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

• Must have an associate or bachelor's degree in human service or a related field required.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Ability to speak and / or write in Spanish and / or Haitian Creole is preferred.
