Responsibilities:
- Move candidates along the recruitment pipeline, who best fit the position as judged amongst candidates who are otherwise qualified.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Determine if a candidate would be a good fit by assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match open position/s based on applications, resumes/CVs, and interviews.
- Open/post positions in our ATS and other job boards
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, job boards, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Source high priority clinical and specialized candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Promoting the company’s mission and vision and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Coordinate the interview process and make hiring recommendations to Clinical Directors and other hiring managers (depending on state workflow)
- Match candidates with open roles (depending on state/role), create offer letters, extend offers of employment.
- Partner with local colleges/universities, create and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Participate in job/career fairs/hiring events.
- Provide daily/weekly staffing updates via reporting, tracking and leading meetings.
- Complete special projects as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated success in full cycle recruitment.
- ABA or clinical recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interviewing skills
- Ability to quickly assess a candidate's skill set, knowledge and cultural fit.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
