You will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality therapy services, and you’ll educate patients, families, and caregivers on how best to support the children we serve.Key Expectations
- Customer Satisfaction : Maintain a 95% positive satisfaction rate in surveys.
- Goal Achievement : Ensure 80% of proposed goals are met by re-evaluation.
- Efficiency : Fulfill 100% of billable hours as per individual employment agreements.
- Attendance : Maintain a 90% or higher attendance rate during scheduled hours.
- Timely Documentation : Complete 100% of daily documentation within 24 hours of seeing the patient.
- Evaluation Assistance : Assist in finalizing all evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress documentation within 48-72 hours of patient visits.Qualifications
- College degree and active SLPA license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience (experience as a pediatric speech and language pathology assistant is a plus)Preferred Skills
