Your Role as a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP or SLPA) :
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children with diverse needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, language development, and social communication.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and families to create a holistic treatment plan for each child.
- Develop and implement engaging, results-driven therapy sessions.
- Educate parents and caregivers on techniques to enhance communication in daily life.
- Make therapy fun, creative, and effective for kids of all ages!
What Makes You a Perfect Fit :
Passion for Helping Kids – A love for children and making a difference is our #1 priority.✅ SLPs – Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology & California Speech Therapy License (CFY candidates welcome!).
SLPAs – Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology & California SLPA License .
Organized & Adaptable – Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication Skills – Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Bilingual (English / Spanish)? A plus, but not required!

Salary : $65,000 - $115,000
