Essential Functions:
- Primary Role: Provide medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, following Nurse Practitioner Protocol and within the scope of your license.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with healthcare providers, co-workers, and the public to foster a supportive and effective care environment.
- Diverse Case Management: Handle a variety of cases typical in an urgent care setting, delivering pediatric care to patients and their families.
- Positive Patient Interaction: Ensure all patient interactions are handled with care, empathy, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Active RN and PNP licensure in AL and board certification as a NP in Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Primary Care, or Family Care.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years providing care as a nurse practitioner.
- Clinical Skills: Strong acute care clinical background preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, including EMR and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with medical partners, patients, and families.

Clinic Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ( Mobile) 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Daphne)
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Weekday Coverage: We have a strong need for weekday coverage, so flexibility and availability during weekdays are crucial.
Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to other clinics as needed. Clinic hours are subject to change based on company needs and training requirements.
