What you will do:
Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
CAPS provides comprehensive services, including expert medical evaluations, for children where there are concerns for child maltreatment. CAPS utilizes evidence-based and trauma-informed strategies to minimize trauma and break the cycle of abuse.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant- Senior Child Advocacy & Protection

What you will do:
Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Managing outlook calendars for faculty
- Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading multiple projects
- Compose correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information
- Use complex functions of a variety of computer applications and software
- Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy
- Screen a high volume of telephone calls to resolve complex inquiries
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, travel itineraries and related arrangements
- Compile data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports
- Process reimbursements, payment requests, requisitions, invoices
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Provide average to above average technical support to faculty and staff
- High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
- Five years of experience.
- Epic experience preferred
- Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
- Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
- Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
