Seeking Administrative Assistant to Executive Director
The Center is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $25, depending on experience and skillset.
The position is part-time, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform computer-based administrative tasks, including data entry in Excel, Word, and Publisher
· Create, and mail the Center’s monthly newsletter and calendar
· Sustain, promote and grow programming at the Center
· Design flyers and promotional materials for activities, events and presentations
· Manage and update the Center’s social media platforms
· Utilize a user-friendly tracking system to maintain records for senior participants
· Oversee various volunteer groups
· Proxy for Executive Director for community events, when necessary
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is not only proficient in administrative tasks but also enjoys interacting with those 50 .
The ideal candidate will be friendly, adaptable, and able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions. Will train the right candidate!
