Job Summary:
Schedules appointments for incoming phone calls, and via appropriate assigned MACC work queues, following set MACC Scheduling protocols, to determine level of need for all patients coming through our MACC Clinic/Day Hospital. Also provides Secretarial coverage for the MACC Oncology Clinic Front desk as needed. Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient flow of patients in clinic, performing functions delegated by nursing and physician staff and maintaining and promoting a safe, clean and organized environment for all patients.

Job Summary:

Job Requirements:
- High school education required.
- Registered with the State of Wisconsin Registry for Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides within 18 months of hire.
- Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
- One year of scheduling experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare environment preferred.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to gather and share information with physicians, patients, visitors, families and team members in a courteous and confidential manner.
- Knowledge of Epic preferred.
