If you are ambitious and confident in your ability to learn, the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)- Individual (formerly known as a Therapeutic Staff Support-TSS) position is right for you. You will be fully trained to work in a variety settings such as homes, schools, daycares, and other community locations in order to support our clients in achieving their goals. You will work as part of a truly collaborative team along with the client’s parents/guardians, teachers, daycare staff, and other caregivers involved in the child’s life, while receiving support and guidance from the lead clinician on the case (Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist).
The Region of Service Areas Include:
- Northeast Region: Dallas and Wyoming Valley coverage areas needed
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement the client’s individualized treatment plan utilizing behavioral interventions under the clinical supervision of a Mobile Therapist/Behavior Consultant
- Provide one on one support to the child/adolescent, by assisting the client to make positive progress towards their identified therapeutic goals
- Empower families to become self-sufficient through a collaborative treatment team approach
- Work in partnership with other treatment team members including Mobile Therapists and Behavior Consultants

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
- Plus 40 hours of training for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Children’s Service Center to provide paid Training if necessary)
Or
2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services preferred
