About the Role:
This position clinically supervises day school counselors and related services, (Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists), resource instructors, and senior counselors. The Director will have a responsibility to lead The Children’s Guild behavior motivation model and provide clinical supervision as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical and related services staff, including counselors, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and resource instructors
- Oversee behavior management programs and intervention strategies
- Develop and maintain clinical internship programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement
- Coordinate parent education and support programs
- Manage student admissions process and transportation services
- Provide crisis intervention support and staff training

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mental Health or related field
- 5 years of experience in administration, supervision, or program management in mental health, social services, or special education
- Supervision certification through the Board of Social Work Examiners
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform crisis prevention/intervention techniques
- Experience with positive behavior intervention strategies
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
