Shift: 8 hour shift, work schedule is 9:30pm until 6 am M-F
Job Overview
Learns and trains in the field of supply inventory at of Children’s Hospital Colorado. Assists with supply chain activities related to product receipt, distribution and replenishment, and supporting department goals across the entire CHCO network. Facilitate the receipt and placement of inbound medical supplies and other delivered product, both physically and in CHCO’s ERP system. Supports all areas within the Supply Chain Management department. Entry level position.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.
Provides inventory control and replenishment of all department storage locations both automated and static storage systems including but are not limited to automated dispensing cabinets, Kanban systems, floor-stock and department direct shipments.
Assists with all department cycle counting and outdate procedures for all storage locations both departmentally and managed system PAR locations.
Performs scheduled count inventories of assigned areas.
Receives product upon arrival, confirms quantity and inspects product, logs receipt in CHCO’s ERP system and stages product for put-away.
Supports Supply Chain Management to ensure existing inventory satisfy targets as established by department leadership.
Monitors excess, expiration dates and waste within the CHCO supply rooms and managed PAR locations.
Assists with vendor deliveries and outbound shipments of any product exiting the hospital.
Provide customer service to all clinical, business and support staff.

Qualifications
EDUCATION – High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Salary Information
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $31,999.35 to $47,999.02
Hourly Salary Range: $15.38 to $23.08
