Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning in various subjects, including math and literacy.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Organize educational activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and play-based learning.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students to support their emotional well-being.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
