Overview
The Program Manager of School-Based Behavioral Health works closely with the Manager of School Health Initiatives and hospital staff to plan, implement, evaluate, and sustain data-driven school-connected behavioral and mental health programming in the community. In this role, the Program Manager: leads, participates in, and coordinates strategic planning discussions with/between hospital and school leaders to identify strategic alignment and growth areas; organizes and participates in educational opportunities for hospital staff to reach school and community groups; strengthens partnerships between hospital staff, schools, and community-based organizations.

Responsibilities
Manages and establishes School-Based Behavioral Health Programs in coordination with Developmental and Behavioral Health providers:
- Creates dashboards and tracks progress of programs in their entirety.
- Assesses effectiveness of program implementation and supports future sustainability planning.
- Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of mental and behavioral health school health-related special events.
- Supports the oversight of the Community Outreach Portal and follow-up processes.
- Creates reports, presentations and articles related to program activities.
- Utilizes quality improvement process to influence outcomes and services.
- Engages appropriate stakeholders in planning processes and ongoing activities.
- Attends and coordinates school-based community outreach events.
- Coordinates communication and engagement strategies with schools.
- Engages appropriate stakeholders in planning processes and ongoing activities.
- Coordinates efforts to collect internal school-related programs and practices.
- Supports in the creation of annual CM school-health catalogue mental and behavioral health insert.
- Bachelor's Degree required. Education in Behavioral Health or non-profit preferred, plus 3-5 years' experience.
- Experience in public health, community health and experience with school-based programming preferred
