Job Overview:
As a Nurse Manager, you are responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and overseeing the management of personnel and systems on a specified nursing unit 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and budgets that support departmental goals
- Mentor and train staff to enhance professional growth and development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- New Jersey RN License
- AHA BLS Provider Certification
- Three years of nursing experience, including leadership roles
- Evidence of leadership ability and physical stamina to safely lift and move objects and people
Scheduling Requirements:
- Full-time position
