Schedule:
- Flexible evening or weekend hours based on your availability.
- Ability to make your schedule working 2-10 hours per week.
- Teach group parent/child swim lesson classes or conduct private 1:1 swim lessons.
- Ensure the safety and encourage effective movements of students during class.
- Implement tailored movements or instructional feedback based on students' needs.
- Provide clear, encouraging instructions to help students develop and grow.
- Act swiftly and responsibly in emergencies in line with ChildServe's policies and procedures.
- Current American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain through ChildServe.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching swim lessons.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
