- Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.
- Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings
- Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning and decisions.
- Collaborate with professionals like speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive client care.
- Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management strategies.
- Pay: Salary range $40,000 - $50,000 per year

- Chose your schedule between 8 am and 6 pm
- Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification
- COBA certification
