Chill Cryotherapy has an exciting opportunity to help grow our Princeton / Skillman location, where you can apply your health & science background to help others, while working in a high-energy, positive & upbeat environment.

We are looking to hire a Manager with a background in health, fitness or esthetics. Medical Assistant Certification is a plus. Experience with cryotherapy or our other related services is not required – we are willing to train the right person.

Med Spa Managerial Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Cryotherapy and all other wellness treatments including our premium T-Shock ChillSkin, STARSculpt & ChillSlim treatments
• Overseeing medical assistants to ensure adherence to safety procedures, sanitation standards and completing appropriate documentation.
• Providing orientations to new clients while delivering an exceptional Chill client experience
• Handling client issues and concerns with care and understanding and recommending the appropriate treatments - our client's wellness and safety is our top priority.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the location - including treatment areas and equipment
• Managing, training, and mentoring staff, creating a positive work environment and culture
• Managing the weekly employee schedule
• Managing inventory

This position consists of 30-38 hours per week. Chill is open 7 days a week and weekend hours will be required.

Our treatment platforms include cryotherapy - whole body and local cryotherapy - and infrared sauna and slim pod. We are also proud to offer ChillSlim localized fat & cellulite reduction and a facial tightening and rejuvenation technique called ChillSkin.
