Key Duties:

  • Lead and inspire a team to exceed sales targets and enhance customer retention.
  • Ensure operational excellence, streamline client flow, and manage clinic scheduling to optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee all administrative operations, from staff scheduling to inventory management.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of customer service and ensure all client interactions reflect our brand values.
  • Implement and uphold compliance with all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional environment.
  • Train and coach staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Med Spa Manager or similar leadership role in a customer-focused industry.
  • Strong track record in sales management and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with adeptness in phone etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing both human and material resources.
  • Commitment to operational efficiency and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • A hands-on leader who can coach and train employees towards achieving excellence in service.

Work Environment:

  • Fast paced, long hours on feet

  • Operation hours 9am-7pm, Monday-Saturday (subject to change base on business needs
