Key Duties:
- Lead and inspire a team to exceed sales targets and enhance customer retention.
- Ensure operational excellence, streamline client flow, and manage clinic scheduling to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee all administrative operations, from staff scheduling to inventory management.
- Maintain impeccable standards of customer service and ensure all client interactions reflect our brand values.
- Implement and uphold compliance with all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional environment.
- Train and coach staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Med Spa Manager or similar leadership role in a customer-focused industry.
- Strong track record in sales management and customer retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with adeptness in phone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing both human and material resources.
- Commitment to operational efficiency and proficiency in administrative tasks.
