About The Role
We’re hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing Product and Lifecycle Marketing team, supporting Chime Enterprise—our B2B platform focused on being the premier HR benefits platform, dedicated to holistic financial wellness that empowers employees to achieve meaningful financial progress directly within their workplace.
You’ll own and optimize lifecycle marketing programs that engage, retain, and grow our customer base through B2B2C and B2C channels. From onboarding to expansion, you’ll help shape the experience for business partners and their users, using segmentation, automation, and personalization to drive measurable outcomes and deepen client relationships.

In this role, you can expect to
- Design and implement full-funnel lifecycle strategies tailored to business clients, with a focus on onboarding, activation, upsell, and retention.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to map the enterprise customer journey and identify opportunities to drive engagement and satisfaction at scale.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing for key lifecycle touchpoints, generating insights and driving optimizations across email, in-app, push, and SMS.
- Develop channel governance and messaging strategies that maintain consistency across our B2C communications ecosystem while aligning with the Chime Enterprise brand.
- Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and surface insights to cross-functional stakeholders, fueling continuous improvement.
- 5 years experience creating and managing lifecycle marketing campaigns, ideally in enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to drive business impact through multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS).
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decision-making.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like CustomerIO, Braze, Looker, and campaign management platforms (AI or predictive tools a plus).
- A self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and adaptability in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
