Central Scheduler

We are a fast growing multidisciplinary office needing someone with excellent computer skills, exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of medical terminology. You will be working with patients in person and over the phone scheduling multiple appointments within our clinic profiles. We have 6 MAJOR points of hire that if you do not meet or desire please do not apply. Those who do not complete the questioners will not be considered.

1. Must be professional and self directed. We do not micro-manage and therefore you must be able to be taught, understand the tasks at hand and be dedicated to doing that. Being on your phone during time when work is being done will not be tolerated.

2. No drama. We seek to hire adults. People who are here to serve our patients and focus on helping the team succeed. We are a family here and do not do well with drama kings or queens

3. Availability. You must be here to work and show up to work. There are reasons to miss work that are understandable and we work to help our people through them, but we expect that not to be the constant rule.
