Procurement Specialist
Major Job Duties :
Follow and adhere to China Unicom America’s purchasing policies and procedures.
Assist procurement team with procurement-related inquiries and orders.
Maintain cordial working relationships with vendors.
Follow and adhere to China Unicom America’s supplier management policies and procedures.
Maintain vendor pool.
Assist management on special projects or research as assigned.
Assist with all purchasing activities relating to cost, service, etc.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.
Minimum Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Required)
Two years of related purchasing experience or training (preferred)
Efficient in MS Office.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to multi-task.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin for speaking and writing
