As our CA Cherry Sales Support Specialist at Stemilt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across production, sales, and accounting. From April through June, during the fast-paced California cherry season, you will wear many hats—monitoring inventory levels, managing orders, coordinating schedules, and preparing reports. After the season concludes, your focus will shift to ensuring accounting accuracy for our growers and assisting with collections. A flexible schedule and potential for overtime are required during May and June. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.

Additional Responsibilities

• Become a product expert by collaborating with QC, production, sales, and shipping teams

• Assist the Category Manager with reporting and data management

• Monitor inventory rotation, manage orders, and coordinate carrier arrivals

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide array of customers

• Support the department with troubleshooting, order alignment, and fulfillment

• Escalate issues to management when necessary

• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel with excellent math skills

• Detail-Oriented: Sharp organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
