CRI is hiring for a part-time job coach in Rice Lake, WI. The position weekends only, with the possibility of picking up hours throughout the week if needed. Weekend hours will vary week to week but will be between 8am-8pm, based on your availability and our clients schedule.

What does Job coaching include?
· highlight the client’s abilities rather than focusing on their possible disabilities
· teach clients how to use their skills to be successful working for a business in their community
· work to help the client be successful on their own, ideally after spending enough time with the client they should be able to do their job without you there anymore.
· Maintain necessary documentation after meeting with clients
· The critical role of your position is not to complete the tasks for the individual, but to demonstrate, support and document as our “clients” complete their work tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, equivalent or teacher recommendation.
- Access to reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a Department of Justice background check.
