What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Hire Sales Instructor position at CHIPR?

Description

The Sales Instructor is responsible for conducting D2D new hire sales training during the new hire’s training period. The training material will be provided; however, the Sales Instructor should be constantly looking for ways to improve the new hire training process and content. 


Responsibilities

  • Host regular instructor-led training calls with new employees (sales)
  • Deliver training content and assessments within the company LMS
  • Regularly report New Hire training status including attendance and progress to sales leadership
