Position Overview:
- Job Type: Remote, Full-Time, Contract
- Compensation: 10% commission on each campaign sale (average campaign value ~$5,000, with many clients booking multiple campaigns). Commission is paid upfront at the time of contract.
- Expected Hours: up to 40 hours per week

- Build and nurture your own pipeline of leads and schedule appointments.

- Close sales on highly sought-after campaigns with a short sales cycle and quick commission payouts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to nurtured leads and generate appointments.
- Close sales for available campaign openings.
- Update the CRM with all calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Attend monthly team meetings.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Fluent in English.
- Access to a computer and stable internet.
- 1 year of high-ticket phone or event sales experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly email and SMS campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain and update the CRM.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently during client daytime hours (9 AM–8 PM EST).
