Job Summary
The Leads Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the integrity of lead data for door-to-door sales operations. This position is responsible for processing incoming lead files, ensuring lead record accuracy, and executing routine tasks as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting the sales team with accurate and timely lead management.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Data Preparation
- Own the intake and processing of lead files from partners and carriers.
- Prepare and format leads for ingestion into the canvassing tool.
- Perform regular audits to ensure lead cleanliness and record accuracy.
Territory & Seller Alignment
- Execute territory creation and align sales reps to designated areas.
- Manage post-blitz lead cleanup to ensure leads remain assigned to the correct territory owner.
- Process lead refreshes and reset requests to keep territories optimized.
Sales Support & Lead Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of new turn-up leads to the appropriate field teams.
- Communicate updates regarding new territories, new green leads, and general system changes.
- Execute all SPOTIO-related communications and updates for the sales team.
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve general troubleshooting requests for the canvassing tool.
- Address basic escalations to ensure smooth system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry, audits, and record management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and canvassing tools (SPOTIO experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales teams and field representatives.
- Problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot system issues and resolve escalations.
