o Experience with Microsoft Project and Monte Carlo simulation o Experience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management from Oracle o Project Management Professional (PMP certification)~ Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Engineer for a contract opportunity in Batesville, IN.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
o 1-3 years of project management experience managing projects of various sizes o Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, sourcing, operations, quality, regulatory, Marketing, etc.
o Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills o Attention to detail o Strong commitment to timely project execution
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation. The team may include both internal and external team members.
o Effectively plan and execute projects using project management tools, coach project team members, solve problems, and make decisions for the project o Lead multiple small to medium projects with limited supervision o Communicate both up and down the organization to complete projects and provide status updates on the projects.
