Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist – SOTI & Zebra Devices
- Location:Erlanger, KY (Onsite 5 days)
- Must Have Skills:SOTI, Intune & SCCM
Job Description:
- Proficiency in SOTI MobiControl and mobile & Zebra device management.
- Strong understanding of mobile security and compliance features.
- Experience in supporting Apple devices (iOS, Mac)
- Experience in enrolling Apple devices with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE),
- Experience with troubleshooting mobile devices and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibility:
- Configure and manage mobile & Zebra devices, ensuring they comply with organizational policies
- Deploy, update, and manage applications on mobile & Zebra devices using SOTI MobiControl
- Implement and manage security policies to protect mobile, Zebra & Handheld devices and data
- Monitor device compliance, usage, and performance. Generate reports to track key metrics
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to mobile devices, applications, and SOTI MobiControl
- Provide support to end-users regarding mobile & Zebra device management
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures
- Work with other device management team to support and improve the overall IT infrastructure
Certification :
- SOTI Certified Administrator (optional)
