Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract / hybrid opportunity in Chantilly, VA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
- 2 years' experience in supporting Recruiting Operations as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Experience doing background checks and drug screens; experience working with pre-hire paperwork preferred.
- Attention to detail oriented.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Helping with background checks and drug screens, travel support for interviews, and other pre-hire / pre-employment support tasks to be determined (will not include any recruiting). Recruiting Coordinator role.
This Recruiting Coordinator will be working with some candidates who will be flying to a site for an interview and pending hires who have accepted an offer with us, but have not started yet. A lot, if not all, will be pending hires joining us for summer internships.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
High school diploma / GED and school must be accredited.
WORK HOURS :
5 / 40 work week. VA based and able to commute to Chantilly office. We currently don't have enough space there, so person will need to work remotely as needed too; but there will be days they will go in. We are moving to a model where the role would be onsite at least 3 days / week.
