Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Create, edit, and extend offer letters
- Initiate background checks, security prescreens, and drug screens
- Support various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
- Gain hands-on experience across different talent acquisition segments
- Schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person, travel)
- Review job requisitions and assist in verifying applicant information
- Troubleshoot platform-related IT issues
- Complete expense reports for travel reimbursements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented
