Chipton-Ross is accepting resumes for an experienced Recruiting Manager in the Green Bay, WI area, servicing the trades and specifically shipyards.
Qualifications
Experience in shipyard or Industrial staffing is preferred.
Experience in developing staff continuity and customer relationships as well as having an aggressive approach towards building business.
Prior managerial experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced with a fast-paced office, the ability to screen potential employees and create a solid foundation for the region.
The ideal candidate :
Will be experienced with staffing both new construction and repair work.
Have experience with military, government, and commercial shipbuilding projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruiting process, from talent acquisition to onboarding new hires in the construction sector.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including ATS and campus recruitment, to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and negotiate offers while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Foster relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Spanish bilingual a plus.
