Chipton-Ross is seeking Staffing Project Planner for a hybrid contract opportunity in Englewood, CO.
This position is 50% remote, 50% onsite. Subject to change.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Will assist with Planning staffing for the Propulsion, Structures, Ordnance, and Controls for upcoming contract.
Working with the business team to understand the Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
The Integrated Product Team to understand the staffing needs by team.
Help facilitate getting requisitions into the system and tracking to completion
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
HR experience with knowledge of different kinds of positions (not a recruiter position, you will not be finding candidates) but having technical position knowledge is needed.
Understand or have worked with Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
Project planning experience
Ability to meet deadlines
REQUIRED EDUCATION : Accredited HSD / GED
Preferred BS 6-10 YRS or MS 4-8 YRS
WORK HOURS : Full-time
