Job Description :
This position will be at the Jamaica St location in Englewood, CO
The candidate will assist with Planning staffing for the Propulsion, Structures, Ordnance, and Controls for upcoming LE2 contract.
- Involves working with;
- Business team to understand the Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- The Integrated Product Team to understand the staffing needs by team.
- Help facilitate getting requisitions into the system and tracking to completion
The right candidate will have these required skills :
HR experience with knowledge of different kinds of positions (no a recruiter position, you will not be finding candidates) but having technical position knowledge is needed.
Understand or have worked with BOEs
Has planning experience

This project planning position will be at the Jamaica St location in Englewood, CO and will be required to be in office 4 days a week at first until trained and then will go to 3 days onsite .
