We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our Chiropractic office. Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks by collaborating with team members across various departments.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining high standards of proofreading.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized office systems, including filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Assist in planning and executing company events or meetings to foster team collaboration and engagement.
- Monitor office operations to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with patient treatments up to and including : stem and laser placement .
Skills
- Proficient in Outlook Calendar management and Google Suite applications.
- Strong proofreading abilities with a focus on accuracy in written communication.
- Experience in project coordination with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent administrative skills with a strong understanding of office procedures.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in various business and medical software applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
