Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Patient Documentation: Upload and manage patient documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and assist in coordinating the doctor’s schedule.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the doctor and chiropractic assistant to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, managing patient records, and maintaining office supplies.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting; chiropractic office experience is preferred.
- Preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools; experience with chiropractic software a plus.
