Come join our Family. ChiroTrendz Family Chiropractic and Wellness Center is looking for an AMAZING full time employee.
The employee we are looking for will be self-motivated, great multi-taskers and have outstanding phone skills. We are looking for an employee with good work history and attendance records. You need to be confident in speaking to people individually and in group settings.
You must be extremely organized, good with computers, good with numbers, nice legible handwriting, and observant to situations where you can help out. If you get flustered or panic easily and are full of drama, then this position is not for you. Experience with Office Ally or comparable EHR suite is RECOMMENDED or PREFERRED but not REQUIRED.
The position is for Front Office Receptionist. Some of the responsibilities and duties include greeting patients and checking them in and out, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, answering phones and returning calls, insurance verification and follow up calls, processing new patient information, tracking supplies, cleaning the office and remedy outstanding/unpaid claims.
We are offering base pay DOE plus monthly bonuses based on practice performance. Additional benefits include: Family Chiropractic benefits, paid vacations and holidays, etc.
Shift hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45AM to 4:45PM.
