Customer Service Representative - Seasonal

Here's what you will be doing:

• You will serve as the welcoming face of our business, representing our values and providing exceptional customer service with every interaction to all clients, human and pet alike.

• Willingness to learn and understand animal behavior and body language to ensure their safety while in our care.

• Having comprehensive knowledge of all our products and services to better assist our clients.

• Highlight the value and benefits of our products and services to tailor the needs of each pet.

• Have exceptional communication and listening skills to effectively engage with clients. Know how to defuse a situation and communicate effectively via in person, the phone, text and email.

• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby to ensure a welcoming environment by promptly tidying and organizing the space as needed. This will include cleaning up after pets.

• We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

• Must be detail oriented and meticulous in their work. Ensuring accuracy and correctness in all tasks and information provided. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of our services.

• Though a customer service role, this position still entails regular engagement in outdoor tasks and requires extensive walking throughout the day to fulfill job duties effectively.

• We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for pets, as our workplace houses many of them.
