Job Description:
As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing a range of marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the COO, your responsibilities will include:
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with multiple retail locations to organize local events that boost community engagement and drive brand awareness.
- Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local newspapers, radio, and television stations to secure media coverage and manage public relations.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic artists to develop compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Digital Marketing: Manage our social media platforms to engage audiences, drive traffic, and foster an online community.
- Website Oversight: Coordinate with our web design company to ensure our website remains current, functional, and reflective of our brand.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing with a proven track record in managing events, media relations, and digital campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic knowledge of web design processes.
