Dimensional Control Technician

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dimensional Control Technician to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position demands a high level of attention to detail and integrity, as well as the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Plan work to be performed and determines methods and sequence of operations
• Setting up and operating measuring equipment.
• Precisely measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify and report defects.
• Record, compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data.
• Troubleshooting measurement issues
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to understand and follow procedures and check lists.
• Must have the ability to use and read measurement equipment.
• Basic Math Skills with ability to add and subtract and use mathematical formulas.
• Must be detailed oriented and comfortable with repetitive work.
• Time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently are required
• Self-motivated with a good attitude and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Occasional travel and overtime may be required
• Must be able to follow escalation procedure.
• Flexibility to switch from one task to another on short notice.
