What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Protection Agent - Metro position at Chobani?
The Executive Protection Agent is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of high-profile Chobani La Colombe executives, during in-office hours and during domestic and international travel. The Agent will assess and mitigate any and all risks to the Principal and their family in various environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing protective services to high-profile, high-net-worth individuals across the globe.
* Assess potential risks to the Principal, using available open source intelligence and, whenever possible, by conducting advance security reconnaissance prior to Principal arrival.
* Provide close protection to the Principal in a minimally invasive manner, intervening/engaging only when necessary.
* Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement and private security companies as appropriate and necessary.
* Manage other onsite security assets during travel, including protective drivers.
* Maintain a constant state of readiness to respond to security incidents or emergencies.
* Liaise with the Principal's personal and corporate staff, family members, and other associates to ensure seamless security operations and travel logistics.
* Document all security incidents (including medical issues) thoroughly and accurately.
* Associates/ Bachelors/ Masters Degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field of study.
* Minimum of 5-10 years working in private sector protective security
* Extensive law enforcement experience desired.
* All necessary security certifications and licenses, particularly in the State of New York.

Compensation Range:$111,200.00-$166,800.00, plus bonus.
