As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating Career Skills Program classes and cohorts, building relationships with approved employers, unions, and training providers, and supporting transitioning Soldiers by facilitating application processes and ensuring timely communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; knowledge of Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs), career planning, and workforce development; excellent communication, technical writing, and customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
