We are currently seeking a highly skilled Energy Transition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful fulfillment to the contract after the design phase. The ideal candidate will have experience with both HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction, as well as strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
The Energy Transition Specialist will support a collaborative, competitive, innovative, and energetic team of engineers and team leaders who incorporate a holistic approach towards consulting engineering, performance contracting, and zero-energy projects. Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings
- Assisting with pre-construction walkthroughs and subcontractor selection
- Developing construction schedules and managing subs to hit required milestones on schedule
- Administering safety programs
- Leading construction review meetings
- Providing weekly field reports documenting progress for the Owner
